FOUR EXTREMISTS KILLED IN TWO SEPARATE EXPERIENCES IN SOUTH KASHMIR
Four
extremists were killed in two separate experiences—at Shopian and Tral—in south
Kashmir on Saturday.
On
the mediating evening of Friday and Saturday, a cooperative group of Jammu and
Kashmir Police, the Army and paramilitary powers cordoned off the Chowgam town
in Shopian subsequent to getting inputs about the presence of assailants there.
As
the group moved toward the objective, the extremists started shooting and
attempted to break the security cordon.
"In
the following experience, two psychological oppressors were killed and their
bodies were recovered from the site of experience," the police said in an
authority discharge. The cops added that both the extremists were related with
the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) outfit and were important for bunches associated with
"a few fear wrongdoing cases".
Hours
later the Shopian gunfight finished, two additional assailants were killed in a
gunfight in Tral when a cooperative group of J&K Police, the Army and
paramilitary powers cordoned off Hardumir town in South Kashmir's Tral. The
security powers said that they had gotten inputs about the presence of extremists
in the town.
As
the group of powers working together focused in on the objective, the
assailants stowing away in the town discharged at them, prompting a gunfight.
In the short shootout that followed, two assailants were killed.
The
police have distinguished the killed extremists as Nadeem Bhat and Rasool false
name Adil. Cops said that the assailants were associated to Ansar Ghazwatul
Hind (AGH), a nearby subsidiary of Al-Qaeda.
The
police additionally said that the assailants were "engaged with a few fear
episodes" and two AK rifles were recuperated from them. Adil was an IED
master, the cops added.
The
experiences came a day later an assailant was killed in a gunfight in South
Kashmir's Anantnag on Friday. The killed assailant, recognized as Shahzad Ahmad
Seh, was allegedly connected with the Hizbul Mujahideen. He was killed at
Muminhall town of Arwani in Anatnag.
