 Elon Musk's Star Link satellite internet network is said to have more than 145,000 broadband consumers around the world. In a total of 25 countries. SpaceX, a space research organisation, oversees its operations.

StarLink will have 11000 users every month from the commencement of work in October 2020 to November 2021. In the next 12 months, Musk expects that there will be roughly 5 lakh consumers. The SpaceX satellites were launched in November 2019 for the Star Link project.

So far, 1900 satellites have been launched.

  Mumbai: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced on Wednesday that the Large Area Soft X-ray Spectrometer (CLASS), a payload on board the Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter, had discovered solar proton events (SPEs), which considerably increase radiation exposure to humans in space.
